QA Check

In a CMS order page, runs two checks in one panel. DOB Check compares the DOB on every case you QA'd against the order DOB and flags mismatches. Known Cases cross-references the requested-case list against Cases - Reportable and Cases - Non-Reportable, flagging any case detached or not surfaced — the main source of missed-records errors. Per flag: Copy, Find, Note.

QA Check
Drag this to your bookmarks bar
How to use
  1. Drag the button to your bookmarks bar.
  2. Open a CMS order detail page with Cases - Reportable and a Known Cases section.
  3. Click the bookmark — a glass panel docks to the top-right corner.
  4. OK cases (engine-verified or human-QA'd) are listed first. Warnings and missing-research alerts sit at the bottom.
  5. For each flagged case: Find jumps to the row, Copy grabs the case#, Note opens a popup with 5 copyable external-note templates.

Classification: OK = engine + Requested-Case-Found, numeric QA, or DIRECT. DETACHED = found in Non-Reportable (verify intentional). NOT FOUND = research did not surface the case.

DOB Verify

Requested for South Carolina jurisdiction

On a CMS order page, scans Cases - Reportable for cases that are in a General Sessions court, QA'd (numeric id), and whose DOB on file does not fully match the order DOB. Builds the full-DOB-verification note for those case numbers in both the Sterling and other-client formats — each with its own Copy button.

DOB Verify
Drag this to your bookmarks bar
How to use
  1. Drag the button to your bookmarks bar.
  2. Open a CMS order detail page with a Cases - Reportable table.
  3. Click the bookmark — a panel lists every General Sessions, QA'd case whose DOB doesn't fully match the order DOB.
  4. Two ready-to-paste notes are shown: Sterling clients and Other clients. Click Copy on the one for your client.
  5. Find jumps to a case row so you can eyeball it first.

Match rule: court contains "General Sessions" + numeric QA id + DOB on file is blank, partial (XX/XX), or a full date that differs from the order DOB.

✅ Bookmarklet ready!
How these tools handle data — every bookmarklet here is deterministic and runs entirely in your browser. It only reads the data already on the page where you run it; nothing is sent to any server and your records are never modified. Results show in an on-page panel and are copied to your clipboard only when you click Copy.
